Pilot Fee

$297 for up to 500 contacts.

Eligibility (All Required)

• ≥ 300 valid contacts with a prior relationship and accurate phone numbers
• Two daily booking windows (min 2 hours each) and a same‑day escalation contact
• Reasonable responsiveness during business hours
• No cold/purchased lists; lawful, non‑deceptive copy; respect quiet hours

Outcome & Remedy

If eligibility is met and fewer than 3 booked conversations occur within 14 days, we will refund $297 or, at your option, credit $297 to your first month if you continue.

What Counts as a “Booked Conversation”

A two‑way reply that results in a scheduled inspection/estimate, evidenced by a calendar event or a confirmed SMS thread.

Exclusions

• Non‑compliant lists (e.g., cold SMS, purchased data) or high opt‑out/complaint rates
• Unavailable calendars/booking windows; missed escalation responses; refusal to adjust messaging that triggers filtering

Billing After Pilot

Setup fees are billed only upon continuation after the pilot. Monthly service renews until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
